With the 2008-09 Season, the Alliance Theatre turns 40. As the premier theatre in the Southeast, we have grown exponentially during these 40 years. So, to mark this milestone season, we’ve developed the new a40 icon that you see pictured above. It represents the Alliance Theatre – to the power of 40. The strength of our legacy locally and the power of our profile nationally are reflected by our 2007 Regional Theatre Tony Award® for Outstanding Achievement. As we move forward into our next 40 years, we continue to maintain our promise to Atlanta – to be a national theatre with a local address.
